Location: Corinella, eastern part of Western Port. Photos were taken at low tide.
Ample parking space, partly close to ramp, partly in park above ramp area .
Access: Easy drive on the Bass Hwy A420 and then a right turn into Corinella Rd.
The Corinella General Store Has Unleaded Petrol , Bait ,Ice. Fishing licences Take away food and is a licenced bottle shop , its open from 7:00am to 7:00pm 7 days
You can camp in a tent or your caravan or hire an onsite van in the Corinella caravan park , its just on the hill 30 seconds walk away overlooking the jetty , they have great shower/ toilet facilities and Free electric BBQ's ! we stayed there and it was Ace !
Update 28/01/08 The Launching Ramp at Corinella now has a Jetty along each side of the two ramp lanes ( the pictures here only show one single jetty ) This makes holding your boat very easy now, when the tides are running, and both ramp lanes can be used at the same time for launching or retrieving, this has sped up the process of getting your boat in or out of the water and is Much Safer ! Also Halogen Flood lighting has been installed on a high tower that covers the car park area and the launching ramp for fantastic visibility at night , this also makes Corinella extremly visible from Westernport so you can easily find your way back at night !
