Be careful on a very low tide on this ramp when you feel the big bump at the bottom, that's the end of the concrete and there's a big drop from there to the mud. Many boaties have gone over and it ruins their day trying to retrieve trailers once they're over. Also to new users of this ramp in bad conditions, this ramp can have a fast flowing current and when the wind matches the current you need to be very careful how you drive onto your trailers.
