Good starting point for trip to Caisson M (seals) and chance to see Bottlenose Dolphins.

Shetlered for launch and retrieve. Shallow waters out from ramp need care.

We used the ramp Feb 18, 2010. A bit dark before dawn - needs more lighting.

Ramp in good nick, excellent area for boat preparation and good area away from ramp to set up boat for towing. Could not see a fish cleaning facility.

Good parking facilities, parking covered by annual fee to Mornigton Shire of $120 along with Schnapper Point (Mornington), Hasting and Rye.
