From Ramps

Cowell boat ramp is a very well designed ramp with good access, excellent turning areas and parking. In a prolonged E - NE wind, the ribbon weed can be so thick at the ramp that you need to break out the oars to get to clear water. The Tuna fleet once used this harbour as its base before moving to Port Lincoln so the facilities are A1 for recreational fishing and boating.
